GownRite™ Stainless Steel Large Diameter Hose Rack
The GownRite™ stainless steel large diameter hose rack is designed to store large hose assemblies, heavy hose lines, or other hanging super-sized, or heavy, coiled items.
Stainless steel placards can optionally be added to label the rack for specific items.
Gowning, prep, and equipment storage areas can offer little floor space which is why we offer these utilitarian wall-mounted hose racks.
This stainless steel storage rack is built using the best quality materials and construction. It is constructed with 304 series stainless steel a clean #4 brushed finish. The rack shown was designed and built originally for a large metropolitan fire department for safe storage of fire hoses.
All all edges are ground smooth for safety and to protect hoses from potential damage. This rack is built to hold heavy hose for a life time of constant use.
All joints are fully GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welded, also known as Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG)welded) welded for high strength and the brushed stainless steel provides a clean, easy-to-maintain surface.
Our stainless steel products are built with high quality, heavy duty 16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel for a lifetime of service. Other products not manufactured by G2 are most often constructed of lighter 18 or 20 gauge steel which does not stand up to heavier weight without deformation. Our seams are fully welded for additional strength vs. spot welds typically used. Spot welds will not withstand industrial use and can break if repeatedly moved or used.
